We are looking for Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate) who is - Positive, Energetic, Genuine and Simple with "can-do-attitude" and expertise to fulfill the following core responsibilities.



  • Develop customer accounts to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams. Build practical SMART Personal Business Plan
  • Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions and must posses negotiation skill.
  •  Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Department Head and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
  • Develop aggressive SMART Sales Action plan on monthly basis - to be reviewed by DOS and GM.
  •  Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong relations with internal and external guests/business partners.

    Requirements:


  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotel sales (corporate segment) in UAE/GCC
  • Ability to manage accounts, measure progress, and implement sales and strategic direction
  •  Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations while exhibiting passion for sales and achieving targets
  • University Degree, Higher Education qualification or equivalent in related field
  • Valid UAE Driving License
